Privacy
What ToastHosting keeps
- Your user name, your password (as a secure hash, never readable) and your email address.
- Your servers, their settings and files, backups, and the activity on them (starts, stops, who played and for how long).
- Credits and purchases. Payments go through Stripe: your card details never reach ToastHosting.
- Sign-in records (time, IP address and browser), to keep accounts safe.
What it's used for
Running your servers, signing you in, billing, sending the emails you asked for (confirmations, password resets, receipts, notices), answering support and keeping the site safe. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
Who else sees some of it
- Stripe handles payments and sees what you pay and the details you give at checkout.
- The email service ToastHosting uses delivers its emails, so it sees your address and those emails.
- A network service in front of the site (like Cloudflare) passes the traffic on and sees your IP address.
Players on your servers
Game servers see the names of the players who join them. Session recaps and "who played" lists show those names to the server's owner and the people they share it with.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers small settings like the light or dark theme. No tracking or advertising cookies.
How long
Your data stays while your account exists. When you delete your account, its servers, backups and data go with it; the panel's own nightly backups keep a copy for up to 14 more days, then it's gone.
Your choices
Download everything about your account under Account, Your data, or delete your account there. Questions: write to Support.
